FASHION DESIGN
We assist in bringing all your design inspired sketches, fabrications, and functionality to life. Creating detailed season colour stories, updates on the latest technologies fused with innovative fabrics, and state of the art trims and accessories for the finishing touches. While working closely with each client, deep diving into their story and design needs, collectively we are able to achieve the most saleable, cost efficient designs possible. No design project is too small or too big!
PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
While developing new products, we always pride ourselves in improving on products currently available in the market. Using our acquired product knowledge we will introduce new fabrication, and functionality to your design aesthetic. Our process involves developing detailed professional technical packages, technical sketches, design callouts, and reference images. During our consultations we will conceptualize your brands style and fit goals. Establish your garment specification, sample sizes, and develop fully graded specification packages. Completed bill of materials includes fabrication, accessories, trims, colours, and sewing instructions. The organic process of patterns, pattern revisions, fit samples, fittings, detailed fit comments, and costing request allows us to bring your ideas to fruition.
SOURCING
Our Global resource network includes over 150 factories, with an effective strategic sourcing process. We assess the purchasing need, map out the plan and then partner with the suitable factory. Our Supply Chain manages domestic and overseas sourcing for home and apparel. This includes sourcing of raw materials, maintaining a production calendar, negotiating costs and overall managing the production lifecycle.
MANUFACTURING
We offer our clients a service that joins all components of the entire manufacturing cycle.
Co-ordinating textile mills, garment patterns, trim development, embellishments, sewing, laundering and final packaging.
We take great pride in establishing a criteria to manage and measure quality standards. Setting the parameters with a 3rd party or internal QC teams.
LOGISTICS
Our partnerships and long standing relationships with key global logistics providers allow us to provide overseas transportation and logistics requirements. We have extensive industry experience and are well qualified with the many details of international trade. We anticipate the needs of our clients and manage an efficient, economical logistics model.
BRANDING & MARKETING
